1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Alhamdulilah.


2. How long does it take to ship?

It depends on the country of your order address, custom clearance situation at the moment or holidays but we expect it to be delivered within 1-2 weeks, insha'allah.

 

3. I want to pay other than PayPal

We're currently undergoing another payment method verification. It'll be available soon, insha'allah.

 

4. Do you ship to Korea?

Yes. We're currently undergoing another payment method verification for payments for customers in Korea. It'll be available soon, insha'allah.

 

5. What's the return/refund/exchange policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kortighi.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 103-606, 22 Ansim-ro 73-gil, Dong-gu, Daegu, Republic of Korea 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
